“All I can say is WOW! It all looks great — of course, I can criticize myself, but I thought it was very well done. The stories were great and believable, and Gordon and Barbara were incredible. It even looked like I know how to type well!! Yes, the magic of film!! I have no corrections. Congratulations! Thanks for all of your hard work.”

“The DVD arrived this morning— congratulations on doing such a professional job. It flowed well, with a good intermixing of the doctors, the patients and Michael J. Fox. It was well organized and informative. It should encourage patients to exercise, see their neurologist, take their medications, interact with their families, and have hope. I am happy with the production.”

The idea for the public service endeavor was the brainchild of Conrad and Associates. Conrad and Associates reached out to APA to provide the psychiatric content and collaborated with the National Hispanic Medical Association and the League of United Latin American Citizens. Conrad then sought funding support for production of the video and guidebook and received it from Janssen, a division of Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc.
